In case you didn't notice, there is now a "like" button to the right.  There are also some new widgets including an archive one that appears on the lower right.  Haven't decided the value of this, if it doesn't prove useful for people we can pull it out.

You also now have the ability to mark all topics as read.  This is handy if you're logging in from a new PC.
