I am not directing this at You - BUT to ( Everybody on Here ) that use's a FALSE name! I am getting tired of trying to remember just whom everybody is. You Know my Name ( James ) ...

Thats all i know about names,i know what james is kinda on about,its nice to know names like..but its not essential..

the only thing i would like to see is when people join ect..i prefere if they put what country they are from,its abit annoying not knowing,especially when deals come up,like when someone wants something or someones selling something, we gotta keep asking which part of the world they are from..

Yes, knowing locations would be very nice --- That way we would know whether it's worth asking someone if they are willing to sell a box.  I'm in the USA, so if the other person is in Australia or the UK, it's probably a deal-killer.

But James, if you feel this way, you'd probably be better off selling on Ebay --- it's going to give you the most money anyway.  OK so Ebay takes 10-12% profit between them and Paypal, so what....... The ending value will still be higher than you would get here or from Youtube.  Think about it, why would a stranger be willing to pay big money to some random guy on Youtube.  There is no protection.  At least with Ebay they have some protection, and they can see that you are a legitimate seller.

You say you overpaid for many of your boxes, well I'm assuming that means you bought them on Ebay ----- Which means that putting them BACK on Ebay is going to be your best chance of recouping that same amount of money.

Just my two cents, from someone who has over 600 feedback with 100% positive, and has never had any problem selling boxes to anyone, domestic or overseas........No returns, no Paypal claims....

Agree with you for the most part, except the part of Youtube. Some of my big purchases came from youtube, but only buy from the bigger Youtube partners, reason being they are their for a whole another reason, because they are passionate about the subject or topic they are filming, most are not willing to throw their reputation out the window. It take hours to do one decent video, most these guys have a 100 plus and takes year to get well known. Those are the guy you want to buy from, most of them are honest and will give you a better price then eBay, sometimes free, if they know you. It pretty much a bigger version of this forum. I trade and even received stuff for free, just for fixing something. with eBay, it more just about money. This is coming from a electronics enthusiast and Ebay seller. Plus most youtubers accept Paypal, as they have a Ebay account, some may what a cashier check, you just have to feel the person out. Never can say I had a bad experance with youtube, as you deal with the person directly over the phone and seen the video of the box, so you know wht to expect.  But had a few problems with powersellers with "not as described" as they use a different picture or it doesn't work and not even tested,over the years, they figure one negative feedback is not going to hurt them and something even get the feedback removed.

Paypal covers you, they are much better then they were, just even a year ago, even for sellers as they done away with the 180 day holds, it now 21 days and sooner if tracking is provided, if you are just starting, plus you don't have to pay for shipping upfront anymore, you can be bill for it now, when they release your funds they take the shipping out. Which cause alot of problems with new seller that didn't have money I guess. You do get some protection outside ebay to, you just have to put when sending the funds, that it's good's, had to recover some funds and did end up getting my money back, took a few weeks thru, so not as good as eBay protection.

for SOME sellers --ebay has 3 nightmares which have nothing to do with $$ fees --

1. ebay buyer protection

2. paypal buyer protection

3. buyer feedback

the sellers who NEED to avoid all that -

give buyers the usual BS about ' postal money orders '

which of course -- frees any dishonest seller from any $$ responsibility
