just a check guys but is it a new feature for everyone that everytime a post goes up its now been moderated,or have i done something wrong?its the first time ive ever known this happen?

All posts were accidentally moderated when the new trigger words were added, it's disabled now.

so, does this mean our trigger words have been dissabled Retro?

The trigger words are still in the moderation rules.
