Got a Aiwa auto-reverse cassette player today for $1.
It is the Aiwa HS-GS392 and is from the 1990's.
Most likely it was released late 90's, probably sometime from 1996 until 1999.
Features include:
-auto-reverse
-Aiwa's multi sound processor effects with 4 presets:
classic,jazz,rock and pop
These are selected using a jog wheel on the front
-Dolby B NR
-Ear Guard
-battery life is rated at 24 hrs
-auto-reverse modes: foward and reverse/play one side/both sides. Latter is selected via a switch on the right side of the HS-392, while the former is via a switch on the top
Have this same model, Not a bad price paided $20 for mine on ebay did get it brandnew.
As it has Aiwa's 4 preset "multi sound processor", the HS-GS392 has a nice sound quality. .
