Just to add a little competition to Brigadier Vytas

I had a post 3 years back on how to make reels from 0.5mm Aluminium stock sheets or ...much easier from the 'plastic' type visiting cards if one is OK with white.
Aluminium can be left silver - with a 'brush/scratch' finish or colored up with varnishes..

The windows need to be cut out carefully using an Xacto hobby knife or a surgical BP blade size 11 to give that excat appearnace of tape level visibility....
The visiting card thing is very easy...the aluminium job does take time but is thrilling to finish :-)
