Eek He complained about the unit, said it was damaged.Sent a video, when watching, his finger was not on the button as it powered on and off. I called him on it, paypal ruled for him once the item was returned to me. Opened the box, and not only was it 12 pounds lighter than when I sent it, it was one quarter the size, pioneer sk-350 in super rough shape.

just had a look at the vid - make you mad as the MF can't even get the timing right - one finger get near the buttons and hay presto it turns on and off wigth out touching it - more like he's switching it on/off with the other hand or a mates helping him

Yes, that is exactly what happened, must have had help. Regardless the box was never returned,just the cheap pioneer 350 weighing in at 16 pounds in the same box, the Promax was 28 pounds, red flag right there.It makes me sad and angry at the same time that there are people like this in the world.
Hopefully this never happens to anyone here, it`s like being violated, especially when you go over the top and triple box the item to make it there safely.

The buyer obviously planned on keeping the Promax from the get-go...he even took the time to REMOVE the "dynomax hot" stickers that were on the speaker grills...when in fact he should have returned the Promax back to you in the SAME condition you had sent it to him...being an e-Bay seller is risky business

Let get this straight I have no problem with you, for all I know you could be telling the truth, hell I got rip off by other on eBay to, recently!! Had the seller say it works perfect and was total junk, so I know how you feel, especially if you pay top dollar for something rare. In a way I believed you and toward the end where the unit was return I don't, because you seem to have gotton loss your cool toward the end, so who know if you kept the box or not? At the end if you did I personally don't blame you and don't care if you did, if he did rip you off.

In Canada we ship in KILOGRAMS. 1 KILOGRAM equals 2.2 US pounds.My shipping receipt says 13.375 KILOGRAMS, or a weight of 29.245 US POUNDS. When you sent the cheap POS Pioneer SK-350 to me instead, that shipping receipt shows 16.42 US POUNDS... that is a difference of 13.05 US Pounds. I am not asking you to believe me because people in the right places did.

The lights are functioning beginning half way through your video. Pressing the buttons in the manner you did were overthrowing the circuit, past the point of electrical contact, remember I mentioned that.As to Postal claim, It was canceled personally as It is fraud to place a claim and receive 2 refunds.Postal service was quite appreciative of honesty. Paypal now has the other box untouched as it came.

If it was sent back, how to explain 16 pounds difference in shipping weights- How about the guy who bought a VZ-2000 from you you hand delivered it then called him about proper way to clean Promax- 6 weeks after you claimed to have sent it back.

This has gone on long enough, say what you will and whatever other members think here doesn`t matter to me. What matters is the truth.

Yeah you could and did, hide the working lights with your finger anyone can see it working after half way through the video.As to Canada Post claim, I canceled it personally as I could not be refunded by both Canada Post and Paypal, that would be fraud.My refund came from Paypal`s fraud dept.They now have the other box untouched by me.Not my prints on it.

If it was sent back, how can you explain how you had contact with the guy bought a VZ-2000 from you you hand deliver it then call him about proper way to clean the Promax- 6 weeks after you claimed to gave sent it back.
