here is my latests walkman, it is a tiny philips
Skymaster 3

This is the more expensive version from the
Skymaster 4 which was my first Christmas walkman.
But this one was too expensive then, but now I
have one for in my collection after all

I quite like this unit, quite compact & well thought out. I'd say this is from around 1985 & was probably a very cheap model (40-50 Euros). I'm very glad some of these have survived.

the porta pro headphones are uniques, and I'm sure you enjoy every cassette at the max with this combination, congratulations for your new Walkman, you are very lucky to find extreme pieces, I am sad because all the Walkmas are gone from here...

But I will search for more in another place, Im sure to discover something fantastic like your SKYMASTER 3

One question: Do you know the frequency range your portapro can handle? Is the bass deep and the trebles crispy? I'am very interested, because I love a good pair of headphones, I have also a pair of KOSS noise-cancelling headphones, are perfect to travel in an airplane, or in a noisy place.

It is a nice walkman, and the sound is rather good
also!

Plus I think it is rather rare in the meanwhile
so I am extra happy I got one!

Keep looking peoples, there must be more out
there!, also becaise i would like a red one also.

Oops!

The headphones do sound really well!, all the
sounds are there, and much better as most other
headphones!

I recomend one for everybody
