The TPS-L2 clone down in the picture was my first Walkman in the early eighties.
I am at that time fourteen.
The silver beside it was my brother its first Walkman.
Few details photographs.
The two brothers WM-R2 with black MDR-4
WM-F2 & MDR-30
First professional Walkman
WM-D6 & MDR-50

WM-40Thanks for your interest.
Greeting from Switzerland,
Renato
I see a walkman!
Amazing Renzgi!, And I believe you like
the bodokan very much!
That is a very great collection Renzgi, I am
concidering to get married to you
I also have such a little yellow sports radio
it was my favourite walkman for many years,
and because of theat the earphones are all broken and dried out
and it is really waterproof!, i tried in in the
bath and still was working!
Herzlichen Dank Walkgirl.
You honour me.
I use the SRF-6 much.
It has super modulation and a sound like large Walkman.
But I was not swim with it
Yes, that is true, the little yellow radio does
have fantastic modulation!
Nice collection of Walkman you have rengzi
, what box is on top on the first picture?
Look very mint and clean.
Thank you devol tony,
For which box do you ask?
A portable Tape Deck JVC KD-1635 is top in the picture.
Among them are two of sport Walkman Boxed..
A WM-F63 and a WM-F5.
Very nice collection renzgi, they all look amazing.
WOW!! what an awesome collection. i only have one walkman that still has its box. makes mine look tiny HAHAHAHA. very cool mate
Oh man! Those are some nice boxed units you have there. When I see these type of collections I have to wonder - is it luck - is it dedication or is it a very generous walkman budget allowance?
Whichever the case, it is indeed a nice collection.
let me ask +++++ what direction does your collection take you to in the future ? i mean having these what would you now want the most ? beautiful collection. other than the wm-d3's what others did you have to deal with that had the click, click problems ?
Good grief! This is something else. You've certainly stuck to the ones you like. Just look at those lovely boxed Boodos.
I've been after a boxed F5 for years, very jealous of this one but the units which really take some beating are the boxed DDs, these just don't exist any more & you've got DDs, IIs, & Quartz versions in boxes, superb!!!
Would I be right in saying that you only collect the iconic Sony models?
Where did you find all these, how long have you been collecting & if you don't mind me asking which was your most expensive purchase?
Thanks for the many nice reactions.
Sorry for my bad englisch!
I have for three years daily on Ebay.com & Ebay.de checked.
Most highly I paid that brand-new boxed Boodokhan.
The normal DD-Walkmans often to have for a small price.
Also these with box..Because nearly always defective!(...klack...klack..)
Here still more pictures from my mini-museum.

Holy ****...thats one of the best collections i've ever seen
i want a WM40 too
Bloody hell, that's some collection - I'm sure you're very proud.
You might just have single-handedly made the Boodo-Khan rare for the rest of the world...
Do you have a source for replacement cog-wheels to cure the dreaded click-of-death issue?

Many thanks dear people
The collection becomes singular, because I may show it here.
Collect without friends make no sense and fun.
I think, the DD-100 Boodo Khan is not rare but desirably. Therefore the high price in the trade.
The WM-40 is really rare!
I repair the gear wheels simply.
It has times descriptive here on S2G.
look
Oh my Walkman!!! I have to see many times your photos, is fantastic to see many TPS-L2 together, and I want to ask if you want to take a good resolution picture for me, with all your TPS-L2 in wall formation... Please !!! Is for my computer screen..
Your army of WM-100 also is amazing. I kill for only one of that puppies...
...not doin'bad, my friend...
do you see any chance in trading that SENCOR with me somehow:
...if you checked my threads in the past you'll know why...
