Great to see the newer compact players. I love the very early models especially the BRICK ones and the 90's high tech small ones. The mid 80's mostly dont trip my trigger. To much plastic and attempts at least cost money driven designs. Very excellent start Dee and thank you for good pictures.

I agree with you John, as I like to collect the 90's high tech small ones and the WM-10,20, 30, 40, 101 units.
Everyday, I am lurking on eBay to find those gems that have more sex appeal that a simple MP3 player (IMHO).

I am basing my collection under this philosophy : "Quality over quantity."

Here is my two new babies. Those ones are in mint condition, meantime the belt on the WM EX48 is broken but this unit still works fine (Play, FW, RW, autoreverse). It just needs a replacement belt.

The WM WM-RX-77 is a true gem for me, everythings works fine, the recording function, the MIC is working, the remote control, all is fine.

Here is my two new babies. Those ones are in mint condition (Sony WM-20, in Blue color) to good condition (Toshiba KT-AS10, the Play function is over, as the FW and RW are working fine).

The Toshiba KT-AS10 is a true gem for me, the radio works fine.

you should here how great the sound is on that KT-AS15 when playing a cassette. mine is down to playing just one side correctly. the other side just wobbles out the sound. i tried once to rebelt another one myself. it was a disaster. the belt is the exact center of the player. i would never try it again.

A very nice collection.

I also like to collect slim type 90's Walkman models.

The only ones to be collected, would be the Sony DD9 and BooDo Khan.
