Yes, the olympus is a very nice and rare
walkman!
You got the original headphone also?
Hi Walkgirl, sadly no headphones but I did get the original manual and the SW77 is in mint condition and was very cheap
.I paid £16 for it.
Haha, so you're the UK eBay terror. I was watching a couple of these recently, namely the white Sony & the Infinity.
<reverts to old man with stick mode> I remember the days when I was watching around 15 walkman auctions at any one time, oooooh, takes me back.
Your collection must be looking pretty good by now, can't wait to see them all.
My collection is ok but the rarer ones I would like to have are usually way outside my budget.
I'll do some group shots later of my entire collection good and bad.
Well Agent I don't know how hold you are but, I'm too close to 50 for my liking.
My watch list on Ebay often has 50+ "Walkman".
Just got this very nice little Sanyo MGP600D today.
Absolutely impressive collection of the generally accepted most "collectibles" and in such great condition. Sony certainly is spoken at your home.
Even the elusive WM-50 I believe? Your WM-2 collection is simply awesome. My WM-5 collection is like yours all colors available. Got lucky have all mint with headphones, owner manual, cases and demo tape. Sadly I do not have a WM-2 yet
THANKS FOR SHARING and Great quality photos.
WOW great collection Dave. You have some nice ones!
Oh wow, just seen this. You've got some classics in there. Black WM-2's & the glorious F2. I found a CPD-101 in the rubbish about 5 years ago, it was raining too. Plugged it in & it worked straight off. CD transport to die for.
Which are your favourites Dave? I see you like the WM-150, I still believe this to be the smallest walkman ever. I never liked this 1990 transport but the WM-150 for some reson works well with it. If I were to choose one of these to rescue from the fire it would have to be the black WM-7.
Yeah if I had to save one it would be my Black WM-7, it's mint not a mark on it and works perfectly, but I really like my Black WM-2's alot but I would have to leave them.
My CDP-101 came from Ebay very near mint with very nice orignal remote and instruction manual won it for £6.00!!.
Another new one AIWA HS-G35, got one of these in grey looks much nicer in red.
i just saw your kt-as10 toshiba in black. i tried to replace the belt in one i had about a year ago. isn't that a real nightmare inside. i still have my silver one working but only in one direction. it really wobbles when it flips to the other side. it has a good sounding tuner pack like all the early ones i have anyway.
