I've always had a soft spot for the TCM-600. This was made in 77, so way ahead of it's time.
Interestingly, take a look in the battery compartment & you'll see a hole where you can adjust play speed with a screwdriver. Now the TPS-L2 has a blocked depressed circle in this spot, almost like a haunting remnant of it's past.
Very similar to the D6C too don't you think?
That is very nice!

And the pouch is very fluffy

agent, yes very similar to the D6C and the D6 of course looks like the same transport.
I compared the TCM-600 with my TPS-L2 on mine the speed adjustment hole is open.
Walkgirl, I think it's very nice too and yes the pouch is very fluffy, seriously though it has protected it all these years as there is not a mark on it.
Fussy, ok I'll tell you it cost £3.14 plus £6.29 shipping from the USA, it is unmarked fully working plays and records ok, but could do with new belts.
So a bit of a bargain

, as soon as I get my new stock of belts in I'll change them.
Wow!!
