I haven't posted anything for some time, so make this post my return.
Got this stunning Kenwood CP-5R from Ebay for a bargain price of £4.99.
Sold as untested which usually means it doesn't work, and indeed it didn't but just needed the battery connections re-aligning.
Mechanically and visually it's perfect, but the volume is quite low so I suspect it has some bad caps. In this condition at that price I'm not bothered, something to do in the future.
