No guys I don't have a bombeat 40...im in the que like us all ...but i do have a few nice tosh now...most noticibly my ULTRA rare tosh 3 peice..what a beuty

Taking a closer look at your avatar,that 3 piece Toshiba is definately identical to the one i used to own. That thing was very loud and had amazing sound! Better than a JVC M90

I've only ever seen 2 of those locally and only a couple on ebay over the years. I got mine used from a neighbor whom i had traded another boombox and a bunch of cassette tapes for it. It was minty but didn't have the decal on the cassette door. I forget the model number. Nice find

Hi chris thanks for your comments the model number is hr o1...mine is almost mint...you could set my av pick as your desktop...then you will see her full screen...to me the m90 is louder..BUT the tosh has a very unique sound of wich i love...im sure all these radios would benifit from a full recap...if you ever find one just bare in mind she will need a full reafoam as mine did

Dave one of my old buddies back in the day had one very much like this but hmmmm... slightly different and i can't remember the model number but it played great.

if the handle was in the middle...like the m90 thats the one i have....im sick of looking the search system on here is usless...sorry mods

it is a nice one chris....lavloo saw one about a year ago...they wouldnt sell it him...maybe he can help......there was 1 on our ebay a couple of months ago...it went for next to nothing,,,,but it was a wreck.....mine has had new belts amps alsorts

davebush, are those 8" woofers?  is it fully working? 

I think those are like 6" woofers but correct me if i'm wrong.

Alot of folks think the "bolt box" has 7" woofers but they are actually 6"
