Me saying this doesn't mean it isn't all lies of course. It might be true. Costing over $4K to find out is standard issue eBay insanity, IMHO...

i agree minty they would have been presented with three i would of thought , as for sony managing or signing them up never happened all my who records are polydor .

If the supporting letter is to be believed (which I've finally uploaded properly now in my previous post), then Sony invited nominations from any music label & chose The Who as one of the winners of this Silver Tiffany Walkman award.
When a band wins a Grammy they don't get one each, do they?
Anyroadup, this could all be total hogwash, & even if it isn't, the price is full-time loony-tunes.
