Non-Sports Yellow Walkmans

Hugo gave me a great idea. I thought I might see what other yellow walkmans are out there. We are all aware of the Sports walkmans but are there any other yellow non-Sports? Enjoy
Here's the one I have.

Hey there David, it is great to see your continued excitement and passion for Walkmans. Your participation on the forum is a great thing keeping this venue alive. Well now on yellow non sport walkman my observation is that first there are very few. Most are entry level cost concious examples. Yellow metal bodied Walkman there are a precious few I know of and do not own any. Odd as if yellow color on non sport walkman might indicate to buyers a reference to lemon or bad quality...hmmm we shall never know why color yellow other than sports was so rarely used. Here are my two both simple low quality players.

Thanks John. I do need to get back to repairing my walkmans and such. I need to repair my Aiwa HS-P3X CassetteBoy so I can see how well the Wireless OnAir feature works on it. I would venture to say it's the very first example of a wireless walkman. Perhaps this is what everyone wants, but I'd like to get all my walkmans in full working condition so that I can take any one of them off the shelf, throw a tape in, and listen. I think it would feel like having an 80's electronics store in my house, lol. Then again most of my Stereo decks are old Pioneers from the 70's.
Lately I've been enjoying one of my other passions, working on my trucks. I'm down to two vehicles now. Back in February I purchased a 1971 Chevy C20 Base model pickup 250 inline 6 with a 3-on-the-tree and I also still have my 1991 Chevy Stepside. The 71 needs some rust repair but it's a good solid truck. I've been cleaning it up lately.
This is how I found it.
And here it is as of yesterday

Nice post David,
I thought to do something similar as well as with red walkmans. I do have the same yellow, ultra-rare P02:
and I'm happy to have another yellow AIWA: the F07
In fact, this F07 has a color between yellow and gold, not clearly anyone of them, but both at the same time I think. I mean: not as yellow as the P02 but not as golden as the JX2000, i.e.
there's another AIWA, I think the most rare of all: the yellow P07, which I saw only once
(photo not mine)
Apart from the Sports series, I know two SONY that are yellow too: the EX66
and the EX77, but this one has only the button cover:
Searching in my photo database, I've also found a few units more, but all them are budget models.
This is the grundig BeatBoy 55:
The Panasonic RQ-JA60:
And two Sanyos; the MGP-16:
And the MGP-26:
Let's keep the walkman memory alive ;-)

Forgot have a Panasonic JA-63 that has about 40% yellow on body. Need to dig it out of a storage box get some pics. Has reasonable EQ and sound middle to lower quality player.

I have only two yellow walkmans
this one is the rather large Sharp JC-F3
And the Sony WM-EX66

Wow Coolcol, do you have the blue Sony WM-EX66 too? I saw you had the red one on the other thread and then the yellow on here. I have a similar walkman, the WM-EX707. I think it was released later that year (1992). It looks like the difference is really in the remote. The 707 has an LCD display on it.

No i'm afraid not as sold the blue about three years ago if i remember. Yes took me a while as the LCD remote is different and i think blank skip.

That would be cool to have all three colors.
I was trying to get my EX707 working but it requires a very narrow belt ( aprox. 0.5mm or less, with an IC of 7.8-8.2 inches. Any idea where I can find a belt that narrow? I haven't been able to find any supplier online, yet.

I won't upset if I find any of my walkmans in this condition nowadays... ;-)
