1. Right click on the the video and select, "Copy video URL at current time".

2. Click on the video strip icon and paste the URL under General/File/URL.

3. Press insert, and the Video will appear in the forum.

I've seen http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3FudITBGY50 posted many times by members, and thought I would make a quick tutorial. Funny, I didnt see your post when I made this.

There are some YouTube videos out there don't permit embedding on other sites--meaning you have to browse to youtube.com to watch them.  But those are rare.
