I Hope you will enjoy those nice and stylish players from Sanyo, one of the best and unique brands in Japan back in the 80's.
Espera means 'waiting' in Spanish... like: "you wait and see"
BTW I do have all the remotes

beautiful and unique collection! sanyo had a style of its own with portable audio. in my opinion their walkmans and boomboxes are among the most beautiful and original ever made.

Now, I got a new battery (they call them gumstick) , it's 1.2v , the right lenght but half the thinkness... and it doesn't work, just a little click click ..
Did all the research and looks like the type fo battery for the Espera disappeared completely. Any other ressources outthere to find the right replacement battery.. ? thanks
