Got this baby at my local Dutch auction.
Cleaned it up, it works like a charm. Need to disassemble to clean it more thorough.
Lol picked it up at a trainstation this morning, seller happens to work in the same city.
My co-workers were having a big laugh after I carried it to the office.
Showed them the beer compartment.... Walkman fridge!! aaaaahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!
Huge batteries needed! But powerplug is included.
Here's my first childhood walkman next to it. Design is similar.
Ahh music and beer.. cheers!!!
(a couple of "ur typical 80's" tapes to go along )

It's cleaning time. Also doing it's "laundry". Looks beautifull when naked
Quite easy to disassemle, panels can be pulled out,
9 screws around the edge to get the front assembly out but it wasn't necessary though I have better acces to the dirt,
Maybe considering to make custom transparent panels and
full transparent cassette door (for them reel2reel cassettes ).
