Nakamichi Dragon failed attempted hack job and repair

Very good reason to becareful what you buy off Ebay. One of my customer bought this off Ebay saying it was suppose to be restored and upgraded already and was suppose to have 1 year warranty and he paid $1599. He then said 2 months later was having issues not playing on the reverse side and made noise during rewind and forward. Deck was suppose to have 1 year warranty from the seller, but he refuse to fix it or refund. So I took it for repair, took a look at it and found out belts and idler tire was never changed, then started looking at the PCB boards and found this mess below, electrical tape covering poorly solder wiring, some spot wire cut and lefted and nt even desolder off board, crap solder job on CMOS switches that was upgraded and also failed to remove leftover flux.

Before I start repairs

Rebuilted the transport, change all rubber belts and pinch rollers, relube and oil all bearing and rebuilted motors, change bulbs for auto stop system and did mechanical alignment and rewired everything as previously solder job on almost all points was piss poor.
