Hello all, My aiwa tape deck needs the main belt, it will FF and RW but not play, I took it apart last night and I only see where the main belt would go, from the motor to the grey flywheel??, The deck looks way different than the one I just put belts on in my CS-880, the home deck has like 3 of those flywheels. Any idea how this deck works, I can't see how it could FF or RW without the main belt but it does??? Thanks

hey some times ther is an extra motor so it would be 2 motor deck one will contol the fast and rewind the other the play

I just checked it out and noticed another motor, well that explains that, so I guess it only needs 1 belt than. I found a site that has the belt kit for this deck, I wonder if the kit only consists of 1 belt, if it does the price they are selling it for ($17) seems like a lot if it's for just 1 belt.
