Fraud alert!
Three monthes he told me that he've send it and asked me to wait. When I've opened the dispute - he said the saim and assked the same, but nobody saw postal receits, nor dispatch date.
Today I've noticed this Item

In his emails he still asks me to wait for "my" item.

Seems like it's time to claim to the police.
As ebay will do nothing I guess... powerseller made his fraud-deel perfect...

So, what are you saying? Is this the second time this seller has attempted to sell this bunch?

If so & you won it the first time then yes, ring those bells.
