I have this unit that my wife purchased new in the eighties. It is a nice retro item with the original box, case and portable battery pack. I cant get it to power up. Any suggestions on where to have it repaired?
Is the battery compartment clean?? sometimes the contact get leakage from old batteries and need cleaning When you insert fresh batteries do you hear and motor sound ? Does the power lights turns on?
