Just got a WM-DD33, my first proper DD walkman

    It could be a number of complicated things. One of them could be head alignment, which is the easier one of the problems to fix. You notice I said easier, not easy.

    A likely cause is amp capacitors in DD1/DD11/DD22 models. It causes buzzing, low output, distorted output on playback.
    Not terribly difficult to re-cap.

    Well if of you guys want to have a crack at fixing the DD22, I'd be willing to sell it for $40 AUD plus shipping.
