    I can certainly vouch for that! My Citizen CBM-777 was useless on-the-move, but worked well as another component to my Craig compact stereo.

    In '98, just ten years after getting my Citizen CBM-777, I went searching for a newer model of the same price. First got an Audiophase, then returned it once I found a Panasonic w/X-Bass, 10-sec. memory buffer and a true line-level output for the same money... plus in-car use accessories!
