Hi. Got a thrift store find tc w320. Replaced belts. Pinch rollers seem fine.

Deck A works as intended. The playing and recording Deck B is inconsistent.

Pre recorded tapes without write notches play more less reliably.
When inserting a Blank tape with notches or a taped over notches deck B refuses to start up reliably. Has a tendency to start play for a minute or few seconds and then disengage the tape and after that show no life or respond to buttons.

Deck B Behaves as if there is no tape even though the leaf switches at the top are engaged with the top of the tape.

See image. This tape would play in Deck B on empty notch. Same tape would not play or respond to button presses if the taped notch side is pressing all 3 lever switches.
If to Manually press the switches 2,3 (as in playing a protected tape) in the empty deck out of 1,2,3 the tape deck starts its attempt to play but not if to press all 3 at once (as if there was a blank tape)

What to do? I have limited tools. Best i suppose is try to get the decks out and gently clean the leaf switches with contact cleaner and sandpaper under the covers? I have a voltimeter but I would need help with navigating the pcb if i have to use it.

    Hope for advice.

Also you can see same kind of issue in this video of the same deck in this video

And here's link of my video of my deck https://www.reddit.com/r/cassetteculture/s/rFRUmTwRwX
