Tempting is one answer. To be more technical it is a Multiband Radio. The rotating antenna on the top allows you to get maximum signal on MW without having to rotate the whole radio. Those mid-late 70's "military style" radios are the coolest! I might have one or two low end models but the higher up you go the cooler they are. My neighbors had one, I think it was around $200-300 USD back then, maybe a JVC, I don't remember. They seem to be fairly rare and when they do pop up they go for big money.
