From 1977, the CG 362. Check out the ad where it says UHER CR210 The smallest portable hi-fi stereo cassette recorder in the world. Beating the Walkman by several years!
Any metal R2R reels are worth big money over here. UHER had a very small footprint in the USA so I don't know how big they were there but I still imagine they are worth a lot to someone. How did you end up with them?
I have an Akai GX-77 RTR, and had some Maxell tapes on plastic reels. I was then looking for a pair of Aluminium reels to match with the full Silver face of the GX-77 and found the UHER NIBs in Germany over ebay. It was bought 13 years ago. It looked to me very good looking, with a unique design. (I mistook the above ad - just realized that the ad is with 10.5 inch reels, whereas I actually have the 7 inch version of the reels shown in the ad!)
From 1980, the full catalog is on archive.org, thanks Alex C! Check out the modern design stand, the Paco looks like another version of the AIWA 22 Series, beautiful stuff!
