Since I have the entire thing apart waiting on an uptake reel replacement gear, what types of lubrication and where should perform on the unit since it's completely apart right now?
There aren't many point to lubricate in this mechanism: - motor bearing (in WM-10), however getting oil past the seal can be difficult; - table reel shafts; - middle pulley bearing; - capstan bearings (note there are 2); However given the walkman is already disassembled, it's even more important to adress the middle pulley problem: https://stereo2go.com/forums/thread...w800-middle-pulley-adjustment-tutorial.10999/
