Panasonic rq s35 - high wow & flutter and speed is higher

    Twin rotor motor, I cleaned it with contact cleaner and then dry well. I donĀ“t think is a bad solder, likely the belt is not properly installed, due to its thinnes it's posibble it was so twisted.

    Mine is Silent Mechanism, they are a little different but I guess not in that regard :) Thanks. I will try that. I will check belt too.

    Ok, so I cleaned the speed pot(?) with IPA. Did some cleaning here and there on the pcb and remade solder points close to motor. I can say than problem of speed instability on autoreverse is probably gone. Thanks guys for help.

    Thanks. I really like it. Only one thing that is not so well thought is the push button to open cassette door. I will test ot more, but for now it seems the problem is gone
