A replacement for the PB-20 is needed, that is used in the Aiwa HD-S1 DAT recorder.
Keep the old one, it's not broke therefore it doesn't need fixing. The new one would waste to much screen real estate on a laptop.
Well, it looks like a cassette storage case; so at the most I would say it contains either 45 blank, or 45 recorded cassettes or a mixture of both.
