That's a JVC PC150, a very cheap and common box. There's ten of them on Ebay every week. They just photoshopped the logo to UVD. I'm surprised...

I'm not sure. I suspect probably about $600, considering that the M70 was usually around $400, judging by the sales receipts I've seen.
