the sony f40 is the rarest one i have ..the red sony fh7 comes to mind or the sony fh909 with it's motorised tape draw is very unique

they were only about £250 new in the late 90's and i have seen lots of them not so much now though....i sold mine for about £500 a good few years...

most of these sonys aren't that good ...the sony fh 909 on the other hand, i love the real square speakers, the fake ones are so tacky though lol
