That is a Panasonic amp. I'm assuming it has a heat sink? Your woofer is 8 ohms. Panasonic says the amp is safe at 4 ohms, so you could get more...

The Japanese are experts at quality control, but when it comes to styling, they constantly rip off Euro brands. A very risk-averse culture.
The speakers on top are pretty weak compared to the ones on front. They're really just for "dimensional" sound-staging. Sanyo had several other...
It really depends how much you have to spend, and how big you want it. And then there's styling. I would recommend just doing a google image...
Exactly, just remove the main case and look for a big metal flywheel behind the tape decks. Turn it with your finger until the heads pop down.
Does this only work on UV yellowing, or could it work on nicotine yellowing too?
