Yes a tech could easily replace the internal transformer with a 120V one, or even a universal one. Otherwise you'll need to buy an external...

Congrats! I've had 3 different AKA's of that box. They have more features than most so-called "grails"
Cool system, looks like it's sat in a garage or storage unit for years though, with all that corrosion on the knobs.
