I‘m looking for a specialist to fully restore / recap an Aiwa HS-JX2000 (Europe).

    Hi everyone,
I am looking for an experienced technician here in the community who could help me fully restore my Aiwa HS-JX2000 (the 30th Anniversary Edition). Since this model has an extremely dense PCB layout, I want to hand it over to a professional who knows how to handle these delicate machines.
    Current status & issues:
    • Capacitors: The walkman is currently un-serviced. It needs a complete recap (replace all SMD capacitors) and a thorough cleaning of the board to fix or prevent any electrolytic leakage/acid damage.
    • Display: The LCD display needs to be replaced due to issues/fading. I am aware that this requires a donor part (e.g., from a donor JX505/JX707). If you happen to have a matching donor screen, that would be amazing.
    • Mechanics: A full mechanical overhaul including new high-quality belts and calibration.
I am located in Germany (Europe) and would prefer a tech within Europe to keep shipping safe and simple, but I am open to international shipping if needed.
Of course, I am happy to pay a good price for the precision work, time, and parts involved.
Please let me know if you can take on this job or if you can recommend a technician who is currently accepting new projects.
I heard something good from Marian by the way, he Must be an absolute pro!

Thank you so much for your help!
