    This is a relatively early brochure, not sure of the year, 1978/79 perhaps! If someone could give me an exact date I would really appreciate it!

    According to some of sources I read about the top model -
    RC-838 - it was launched in 1978.

    That's a JDM Victor RC-838.

    Cheers Reno, yes they did up their game! Still I think Stereo radio recorders were still a fairly niche market in 78.

    one wonders why there wasnt a brochure of the jvc 390en from 76....jvc at it's best and in 76:wink:

    Good point Reno. I don't recall seeing a brochure with the 3090EN in it, on this side of the globe. Maybe more in the Orient market?

    One of my favorite brochures, all of these models are nice and beefy. Does anybody know what an "EA-10" is? It's the part sitting on top of the external speakers next to the RC-636 and the turntable.
