One of the coolest, the AIWA TPR-255 BCL, perfect for listening to Halloween Alien Sightings around the world. AWIA had some of the nicest single-speaker models of this era, heavy and optioned to the max. Nothing is better than a pumpkin beer this time of year, I'm enjoying the holiday with a Wasatch Black O' Lantern Pumpkin Stout. Wasatch if your reading this, please export your Jalapeno Ale!

Nice one Radio! I scored one a couple years ago, that picture doesn't do it justice, it's a pretty big box with amazingly good looks. Don't worry about no juice, I love seeing all of the equipment!

It's my only nice Toshiba, I have several of the smaller entry-level models, I used to find them all of the time but they're border-line junk. The only redeeming quality is that they at least look like a real boomboxes but they weigh nothing.

Let's do another round! Wasatch Pumpkin and an AIWA TPR-930, what a beautiful pairing. This was AIWAs statement boombox in the mid-70's and a real beauty. Small details like a handle with detents (it kind of locks in place) and the always loved antenna that fits in the body (the stub on the left side). These early AIWAs have awesome tuners, look stereo and the antenna isn't even out, there's no show, it's all real and probably commanded a small fortune when new.

I love Wasatch but we only get it this time of year and it's just seasonal offerings, this is a little more mellow than the above but the wheaty taste comes through and is a good change of pace.

Join in new members, we'd love to see drinks from around the globe!

They also have a brewpub at the top of the hill in Park City Utah where Sundance takes place. It's a long walk up to get to it but the beer and air are fresh.

the top 2 are cw200 and the other 4 are cw 55

funnily enough the 200 gets foam rot and the 55 doesn't

the 200 is much louder but to me the 55 has better

    bass with its xbs

Walkman Beer by Monkish Brewery in Torrance California. I can't find the website, I wonder how long before Sony swoops in?
