I am probably being obtuse but why , in an Auction, is the Seller not accepting any more bids above 900,000 JPY and how come the bid is more than the bid he will accept? Did you mean to say that Buyee is not accepting bids unless they are more than a minimum of 900.000 JPY ?
The Sony WM-505, this looks like it is all there in a neat case. I don't remember seeing one of these before and it looks to be JDM. With the wireless headphones, I think these couldn't be used in several other countries legally since they most likely used an FM band. Retro Thing did a blurb on it years ago, it's too bad they haven't updated the site in years. If you haven't seen this site be prepared to be amazed... https://www.retrothing.com/2011/10/the-wireless-walkman.html https://www.ebay.com/itm/Rare-Sony-...rentrq:d4ecebcd1740a688a4031c31fff56e06|iid:1
It was not the sellers who didnt accept high bids. This auction belongs to yahoo Japan and outside of Japan we do not have direct access to this auction site , So we are using certain middle men to but these stuff for us. The middle man (Buyee in this scenario) doesn't accept high bids.
4 DOLLS and GUYS are placed on eBay for US $1,500.00 https://www.ebay.ca/itm/Primary-Wal...468822?hash=item1cf4d1b6d6:g:~vwAAOSwF9FfetUP PROS: hard to find walkman specially in multiple seller accepts offers shipping is free CONS: Explanation on the condition of these units are not very clear. [sellers (from Japan) probably used google translate]. So all might need repair one of the units has dent on the back , probably the same unit or another one has a mild dent on the side
This is a steal if you love microcassette players. While only mono, this might be one of Sony's Finest MC Offerings and this has a never seen before box and the remote! https://www.ebay.com/itm/SONY-BM-60...932062?hash=item5b7fc9711e:g:wcwAAOSwX1pfjulQ
Just checking out this Telefunken CFM 3 over on Ebay Germany, these are really good looking, I can't tell but maybe hints of Toshiba or Sanyo? https://www.ebay.de/itm/Telefunken-...and=TELEFUNKEN&_trksid=p2047675.c100010.m2109
...no hint at all: unfortunately my Telefunken got some acid- damage. if anybody is intersted in it, please let me know
This model is always interesting but I've never seen one up close, the Unisef AF-100. I think this is one of the smallest portables made, yes it has a cassette player, I don't think it was included in the big thread of small units so it would be interesting to see the results. This seller has the only two for sale on Ebay right now. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-UN...010433?hash=item59405e49c1:g:PTEAAOSwKFNd9PNg
i did buy a wm-d3 with a few accessories on ebay local today. center-wheel and small gear gone so a day work. looks pretty minty and comes wih pouch, papers and some micros. paid 120 bucks, within the next days i can tell youif it was good or a bummer...
Panasonic RQ-A70, another one I can't tell if it's decent or not. It looks pretty nice and does record in stereo but there's not a lot of information on the net about it. I think it's a 1991 build date so quality is questionable but the units with rechargeable battery are usually a little nicer than normal. It looks like it's in mint condition. https://www.ebay.com/itm/VTG-Panaso...941450?hash=item1ab55d514a:g:eW8AAOSwu7RgNnQK
Boxed Aiwa HS-J110 Walkman Radio Cassette Recorder on eBay https://www.ebay.ca/itm/133686533668?ul_noapp=true PROS: hard to find unit with all accessories and original box in excellent condition CONS: There is no fixed price Doesn't ship to USA Its not clear whether or not this unit works
The HS-J110 is also one of the smallest two speaker mini-boomboxes, the similar Sanyo is really close but both of these models look like they have tiny speakers, maybe under 1" diameter, the other small boomboxes have 2.5" speakers and that takes up a lot of space.
There is something unique about Panasonic 1940 and that is you can place your favorite picture on the face of walkman. Clear acrylic front panel can be easily lifted and the photo paper under acrylic can be changed with your favorite photo. Today there is a Panasonic 1940 walkman for about $46 (USD) https://www.ebay.ca/itm/Walkman-Pan...222595?hash=item3db8403c83:g:ZQMAAOSwarxgSYDu PROS: hard to find CONS: Doesn't work Not a good quality walkman
JVC MQ-5K Stereo Microcassette Player This is a little expensive and shipping is very high? but this is one of the few I've seen with the headphones, and they still have their foam, I'm not sure if the color is correct or they're the right headphones without a better photo. The other foam pieces are the windscreens for the mics, also rare to have both of those still intact. The player itself looks like it's in great condition. https://www.ebay.com/itm/254953716020?hash=item3b5c6cf934:g:H7AAAOSwAdpgg0Im
