I already posted in the boom boom boom -thread - i`ve got this catalogue with chronology and description of most of all produced TDK Tapes
    cata1.jpg cata2.jpg cata3.jpg
but it`s in japanese, and all the OCR tools, i used can`t read the full text without greater effort (mixed english - japanese, different fonts ). But i try to translate anyway. Interesting item - i looked for the translation of "mook" , found similar meaning like "idiot" and "moron". I think, this doesn`t belong in this category, despite of there are no more special facts, like measurement and so on. And surely it`s a little bit pity, that there isn`t a full lineup . for example i miss all D-Cassettes, the Alignment Tapes, and some of the merchandise cassettes. Anyway, it`s good work.

I thought I had posted that one but I guess I didn't. Did you see the Maxell Version? I love the logo change and series year charts.

Found this clipping on AB388's Twitter Page, it's from 1978 for a couple books, the 2nd one (translation below) is for boombox repair (or upgrade?)! It reads like it might be manga format but it might have some useful information.

    Radio separate volume

    Radio Cassette 200% Utilization Manual

LA special edition "Radio Cassette 200% Usage Manual"!

Is your radio cassette player still alive? I hope it's not sitting under a desk collecting dust. If so, what a waste! Your radio cassette player is not performing at even 20% of its capacity.

The separate volume "Radio Cassette 200% Utilization Manual" (list price 1,200 yen) is your advisor to help you get 200% out of your radio cassette player and expand the scope of its capabilities. "I didn't know you could use a radio cassette player like this!" you'll find yourself exclaiming! The main feature of this volume, "Radio Cassette 200% Utilization Manual," is that it shows you unique ways to use your radio cassette player, and some unusual plays that will make you gulp down your saliva.

No, this manga is fun. It's really fun. The laughter of "Ufufu..." changes to "Kukukuku..." and finally to a loud "Wahhahaha". Enjoy the strange play with your illustrated friends.

I have to download it to my hard drive using screenshot (firefox) and then upload it to google image translate. The images on X won't download except using screenshot.
