    Audio from 1968. I remember seeing this style cassette all the time as a kid. I think these were the dime-store tapes, never to be found in a real audio shop.

    Imagine you get the hottest boomer or Walkman for Christmas and next to it is a box of Memorex's. For all you content creators, I'd love to see something on Memorex, they had some major USA Marketing in the 70's-90's but all I remember is they had horrible sonics (at least the cheap ones did). For cassettes they might have had the #1 name branding but for my circle of young friends, we all hated them. Ella Fitzgerald Vs the Maxell Chair Guy, two of the most iconic tape campaigns of all time!

    The rise and fall of Memorex would make a great show.
