I'm pretty sure the "Strasser" Logo was JDM only, some of the boomboxes also had the branding but we never had it in the USA.

Super Ultra Rare Marantz MX545UBL from 1997, this is so sad, it looks like a big slobbering hunk of plastic junk. I can't even imagine the design and marketing meetings the preceded this thing.

Late 70's goodness from Sanyo, this little mono-mini actually has some weight to it, I've got one on my shelf and it fits in perfect with the handful of tiny monos Sanyo was cranking out back then. They come up for sale every so often, you can find them if you look, this one is priced right.

For the oddball collector, the Sears AKA Toshiba RT-200S. There's something special about the Toshiba RT-200S that gives it a very visible spot in my office, personally I think they hit a home-run with the design. I'm not familar with the Sears Version but the tag number confirms it was made by Toshiba. There are slight differences like no balance knob on the Toshiba, the Toshiba is usually multi-band and the cases are slightly different. What is the deal with the cassette door, it looks like crap?

These small mixers were meant for stereo portable cassette recorders, they come up for sale about every two years but are a must own for the serious Walkman Collector, the Sony MX-10L

You know I love that model Silver965! So many buttons, I wish we had GE Catalog Pages, if they even made them....
