    It's really cool but it looks like they cut every corner they could. I'm surprised there weren't any around here.

    For sure, it’s very stripped down and basic. No fast forward or rewind either, just a Cue system when you keep that button pressed.
    I haven’t seen one before and it’s from 1983 … you’d think there’d be more around.
    Collectible? I am not sure. What do people think?

    I had one of the Transforming watches shown on the back of the box when I was a kid. Wish I still had it now!

    could of had one a few years ago free, not my thing ////great i can record on a wire but wait,,,,,,,,,,...... i can also play tunes through my a$$ in stereo and that costs nothing lol

    I remember this same design model was sold in the Innovations catalog in the UK back in the early 90's. It was called "The Bean" worlds smallest personal stereo. I'm pretty sure it was only around ten pounds to buy new.

    The Bean is cool, too bad it looks very basic, I wonder why the big guys didn't do more oddballs like this?

    The Minifon looks like it's the size of two cassette tape boxes and it's a wire recorder. Now that it's sold maybe it will show up on Techmoan?
