A little cassette shop in Japan, it looks like he's making his own tape copies.

I think it's an educational video on vintage products, this one is on boomboxes and tapes.

Portables from 1979-1982, I've posted the links in the "another Japanese Website" thread in the boombox section. They've used Stereo2go as one of their sources!!!

    1983-1985

I have some idea of what this is about, one girl gets a tape she wants to listen to but has no player, she get a Sony WM-102 with a broken belt and it shows how to fix it and the parts to buy, it's really well done although I don't understand any of it.

This looks like a historical look at cassette tape and some early players.

Two cartoon girls giving a history lesson on boomboxes and Walkmans, what's not to like. I get on Youtube and find a vein of videos and mine the hell out of it. Some of this can be hard to find with the different languages.

This is off topic, it's a model company, the video is awesome, it shows the work to make models including the back room full of molds. Working at one of these companies has to be a labor of love, there's so much work and detail involved. I don't recognize the company but they have some really neat stuff.

I grew up with some of the best, TPR was the greatest, the guy new everything and that was in the beginning of the internet. He once said he went to the library to read microfilm for research. AO used to know everything about Walkmans and while not a mod, John Roberts always had killer Walkmans and did a ton of research. There was so many more that laid the groundwork and kept this place chugging along, it's hard to believe it's been over 20 freakin years!

I'm just having fun, I've got an engineering background and I love research and reading. Right now I'm taking a short break before hitting the bathroom to sand down the walls before painting, the real fun stuff!

Thanks for the compliment! Sometimes I wonder if anybody is paying attention. Luckily we still have a group of awesome posters but people disappear.
