From 1993, the Sharp FX-900 Segno, is this the first and only touch screen boombox? This would have been huge in 1990, I think the HP Palmtop PC's with touchscreens came out a few years later. I don't remember many early touchscreens but I was trying to put something together in the early days of MP3's and Music Match Jukebox that was touchscreen, I found some surplus screens but never made the project. Anybody owned or seen one of these?

I read that thread (and forgot), I should have done a search first! rupi99 had a few of the killer bubble eggs. I think my only complaint is cassette doors quit looking cool in the late 80's, most look like cheap plastic with a small window almost like they're hiding the door.
It looks like it was 55,800 Yen, roughly $357.00 USD back then. Not a lot of money but it kind of shows in the plain-ness of the design.
