Has anyone ever seen this? This sticker is inside my WM-EX612, a factory recycled model. What does that even mean? Mine has sn# 00004 so a very low number but also indicates that there must be 00001 to 00003 So who has one or even ever seen something similar?

To me this looks like Sony factory...both stickers have the exact same measurements and use the same font. Also the aging of both stickers looks the same so it must have been in there since half way the nineties....think that company is a bit to new for such a vintage piece... But I know this model was also used by Toyota in Japan for their model Celsior...buy the car get a walkman...on this walkman, see photo, all reference to Sony or walkman has been removed. Sony must have had a surplus of this model walkman, i also know another car brand used this model walkman for their advertisemnt campagne.... Could be that some of those Toyota walkmans were retuned to Sony and Sony recycled them by putting on their casing.
