Tape lover here, I've lurked for a while but decided to sign up to thank the moderator Mister X for his Cassette Archaeology thread. He included an article from the 1978 HiFi Stereo Buyers Guide reviewing BASF Professional I. I have a still sealed 90 minute blank of this. I can't remember where I got it from. I wonder if it's still good after 47 years? I've wondered about the quality of this tape as I've never seen another example of it. I don't have much experience with BASF normal tape so it's always been a low priority for me to use. The review says it superb tape though so I'll give it a try. It sure was expensive however, $4.29 in 1978 was quite expensive for blank tape. Thank you Mister X for the very useful info!
