Hello everyone, I’m happy to join Stereo2Go. I have become very interested in vintage portable cassette players since last year, especially Sony and Aiwa Walkman models. I enjoy restoring and learning about these small machines, including belt and pinch roller replacement, cleaning tape mechanisms, adjusting tape speed, and troubleshooting audio issues. I have been working with some models such as WM-EX2000, DD3 and WM-D6C, and Aiwa Models such as JX505 and PX303. I’m still learning, but I really enjoy the process of bringing these players back to life and understanding the circuit design behind them. I joined this forum because there is so much knowledge here, and I hope to learn from experienced collectors and repairers.
