I’m originally from Europe and moved to the US many years ago, and now live in the desert in Arizona! While I have had a 1970s hi-fi for a decade now (including a Pioneer CT-F9191 deck), I’ve recently got a CD Walkman and that made me also look into cassette players and I’ve just ordered a Walkman… Looking forward to it. I’ve a specific use case, medical treatments that take about 90 minutes and are stressful, and it’s awkward to use a phone for music during these. Last time I used the CD Walkman and it was a great experience but that only does maybe 70 minutes so tape should work better!
