Welcome Max! Feel free to post your equipment, some members don't like value questions since you can find some of this stuff for dirt cheap and on other days it's silly money. It also helps if you don't jump right in and then list something, we tend to never hear from these flippers again.

You guys have some great collectors in your country and some outstanding models that were rarely seen outside of Japan, it's a great hobby and so fun to listen to cassettes that you can get for cheap.

Hi Mister X, Thanks for the reply and the handy information. I've got a few cassette players in my collection now and really enjoy the machines from the past. You might be able to help me with something, I'm curious to to know how rare the Panasonic National RQ-WJ1 'Way' walkman is? There doesn't seem to be many online... cheers

I've got a couple of the RQ-KJ1's, It pretty close and it seems to be more popular over here, your model pops up every once in a while but I've yet to see one up close. They're really nice smaller units and the FF/RW button is different then what everyone else had at the time. I like mine and do display them but they are more more of meat and potatoes models, they work great, much better than most and you don't worry too much if something bad happens to them.
