hello I am introducing myself. I am looking for a specific boombox that I had as a kid growing up in the early 2000s I believe it was either a Panasonic or Sony boombox. It was both a cassette player and CD player it was silver or gray the cassette player popped out the front. It had some decent size rectangular buttons, and it was medium size with like angular speakers clipped on the corners facing it like a 45° angle. I can’t remember what the display looked like but I don’t believe it was back lit. I’ve used AI to search and I’ve searched the web extensively and I’ve had no luck finding the model that I remember, having as a kid.
Welcome to the forum and good luck with your search. When you say the cassette player popped out the front do you mean a kangaroo model? https://stereo2go.com/forums/threads/boomboxes-with-detachable-walkmans.1859/ Otherwise maybe the Tosiba RT-7096? https://stereo2go.com/forums/threads/toshiba-rt-7096.3189/ There's a Panasonic? that's really long with a front mounted CD and tape player that also has an angled front I can't remember which one but it's on here somewhere.
